Certificate of Reinsurance Education

The RAA Reinsurance Education Institute’s Re Scholar Program recognizes those professionals who achieve a high standard of reinsurance education by completing the Re Scholar curriculum.  The curriculum for certification is designed and conducted by RAA member-company professionals. Individuals who complete five of the six core reinsurance education programs will be awarded the Institute’s Re Scholar Certificate.

Eligible curriculum programs include:

• Cat Risk Management 
• Re Basics: Demystifying Reinsurance—A Basics of Property/Casualty Reinsurance Course
• Re Contracts: The Art of Designing Reinsurance Contracts and Programs
• Re Underwriting: The Art and Science of Reinsurance Underwriting
• Re Finance: The ABCs of Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Re Claims: Navigating the World of Reinsurance Protection When Loss Strikes
